Domestic Orders We ship to all US states. Please expect 3-10 business days to process and ship your order. Contact hi@gemeladesign.com for same-day delivery service in NYC.
International Orders We ship to many regions worldwide, including Canada, the U.K., Europe, Australia, and Japan. Customs may add extra time depending on the destination. We’re unfortunately not currently able to ship to South America, Africa, or countries where customs regulations may result in unreliable delivery. Please check back as our aim is to ship worldwide.
Returns
If a piece doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected, no worries. We offer free returns within 30 of receipt. Please reach out to us at hi@gemeladesign.com to start the process.
In-person Try-ons
We know nothing beats touching and trying it to make sure it’s the right fit, so we offer
personal try-on sessions in NYC (with Diana) and Barcelona (with Juile). Contact us at hi@gemeladesign.com to set up an appointment - coffee’s on us :)
GEMELA is made to be gifted to yourself or to people you love, so every purchase is packaged to gift. Your piece is lovingly packaged in a microfiber pouch, a reusable tin box, plus expect a little 3D printed surprise in each package!
